Fight against Keiji Maeda in New Officer Mode

When creating a new officer, if your attack strength with any weapon is 68 or higher, Keiji may show up to challenge you if you select Swordsmanship (Melee) training. Keiji is very powerful, and the weapon you fight with is random. If you defeat him, you may get the Reach skill for free.
